Fish honey black pepper

Sweet spicy blend of honey and pepper combined turned out to fit very well applied to the fish team. Because steamed, broth produced so highly concentrated juice taste. Well cider taste comes from the delicious fish and a spicy sweet blend earlier. Very enjoyable.

Material:
  • 4 slices of yellow tail fish-slice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper mashed rough
  • 2 cm ginger, grated
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Topping Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 large sliced chilies Merai sloping
  • 1 leek, cut 2
How to make fish honey black pepper:
  1. Sprinkle the fish with lemon. Let stand 10 minutes. Rinse. Drain.
  2. soak the fish in spice mixture. Let stand 15 minutes.
  3. Put in a heat resistant dish. Sprinkle the topping ingredients.
  4. Steamed over medium heat, 25 minutes until cooked and pervasive.
  5. Serve
