Mushroom tofu soup

Everyday dishes we make this plain. Because the contents to be important in the soup that was not boring. Combine know, peas, and mushrooms, for example. All three make the dish so very extraordinary.

Ingredients :
  • 1,500 ml of broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 stalks celery, connective
  • 100 grams of mushroom, cut into 2 parts
  • 100 grams of carrots, cut
  • 2 pieces of silken tofu, cut into 2x2cm
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 50 grams of peas
  • 1 piece of onion, cut into 1 cm
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
How to make mushroom soup tofu:
  1. Boil the broth, garlic, and celery until fragrant.
  2. Add the mushroom and carrot. Cook until half cooked.
  3. Insert know, salt, pepper, sugar and fish sauce. Stir until cooked.
  4. Towards removed, put peas, scallions, sesame oil and mix well.
  5. Serve
