Material:
- 1,000 ml coconut milk from 1
coconut
- 4 cm turmeric, burned,
- 300 grams of bamboo shoots,
boiled,
- 50 grams of green beans, cut
into 3 cm
- 2 cucumber, seeds discarded,
- 8 cayenne fruit intact
- 6 red onions small size
- 1 teaspoon vinegar eat
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- cooking oil for sauteing
Ground spices:
- 5 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 cm ginger
How to make pickle manado:
- Mix cayenne pepper, onion,
salt and vinegar. Stir well. Set aside.
- Boil the coconut milk and turmeric
over low heat for 1 hour.
- Pour the coconut milk into
the bowl containing the beans and cucumbers. Stir well. Set aside.
- Stir-fry until fragrant
spices. Enter a mix of cayenne pepper. Stir well. Add bamboo shoots and
bean mixture. Stir well
