Banana chocolate crumpet

Crumpet, The more interesting once served with bananas and ice cream. Served as a snack is okay, served as a cover was no problem.

Material:
  • 250 grams of cake flour
  • 150 grams of high-protein wheat flour

  • 1 packet instant yeast

How to make a banana chocolate crumpet:
  1. Heat the milk, salad oil, and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add yeast. Stir well. Let stand 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Sift flour. Pour the milk mixture while shaken until blended. Add salt and brown pasta. Beat well. Let stand 45 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Add baking powder. Stir well.
