Pindang recipes from heaven

Material:
  • 4 medium-size fish cork, cut into 3 parts
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, thinly sliced
  • 2 cm ginger, finely sliced
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons tamarind
  • 4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar comb
  • 1 leek, cut into 2 cm
  • 1 small bunch basil, leaves take
  • 1,750 ml of water
Ground spices:
  • 10 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large red chilies
  • 3 curly red chilies
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cm turmeric, fuel
  • 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste, roasted
How to make:
  1. Marinate the fish with 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon salt. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Mix the fish, spices, lemon grass, galangal, ginger, and bay leaves. Pour water. Boil and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add tomatoes, tamarind, salt and brown sugar. Stir well. Cook until done.
  4. Enter the chives and basil. Stir well.
  5. Serve
