| Saute horenso sukiyaki | 
Material:
- 5 connective horenso, clean
 - 75 grams of meat sukiyaki
 - 2 cloves garlic, finely
     chopped

 - 1 teaspoon fish sauce
 - 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon granulated
     sugar
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 75 ml of water
 - 3 cloves garlic, cut thin,
 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil
 
How to make:
- Saute garlic and red pepper
     slices until fragrant.
 - Add the meat, stir until it
     changes color. Enter horenso. Stir well
 - Enter oyster sauce, fish
     sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
 - Pour water. Stir until the
     spices to infuse and cooked meat. Lift. Serve with a sprinkling of fried
