Saute horenso sukiyaki

Material:
  • 5 connective horenso, clean
  • 75 grams of meat sukiyaki
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 75 ml of water
  • 3 cloves garlic, cut thin,
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to make:
  1. Saute garlic and red pepper slices until fragrant.
  2. Add the meat, stir until it changes color. Enter horenso. Stir well
  3. Enter oyster sauce, fish sauce, pepper, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
