Pancake cheeseburger

Pancake material:
·         150 grams of cake flour
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         1 egg, beaten off
·         350 ml of warm coconut milk from coconuts 1/2
·         1 teaspoon baking powder

Material toppings:
·         5 pieces of meat burgers, cut into 1x1 cm
·         100 grams of grated cheddar cheese

Cheese Sauce:
·         200 ml liquid milk
·         6 pieces of cheese sheets, cut into pieces
·         1/4 teaspoon salt
·         1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 teaspoon water

How to make:
1.      Heat pancake molds that were grated coconut. Stir occasionally until the greasy oil. Discard coconut.
2.      Pancake, mix flour, salt, and eggs. Stir well. Pour coconut milk little by little, stirring until dough is smooth so. Beat at low speed mixer 20 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes. Add baking powder. Stir well.
3.      Pour pancake batter into a mold that has been reheated. Let holes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese burger. Reduce heat. Cover and leave to mature.
4.      The cheese sauce, heat the milk. Insert pieces of cheese and salt. Stir until the cheese has melted. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Cook, stirring until thickened and bubbling. Serve sauce pancake joint.
