Ingredients:
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 20 grams of fine sugar
  • 35 grams of instant coconut milk
  • 35 ml of water
  • 5 drops of purple dye

  • 100 grams of black sticky rice flour
  • 70 grams of low protein flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 100 grams of fine sugar

Instructions
  1. Beat the egg yolks and sugar 2 minutes until thick. Enter a mix of instant coconut milk, water, purple dye, and cooking oil. Beat well.
  2. Add black rice flour, wheat flour, and baking powder sifted and mix evenly. Set aside.
