Kalimbu

Make these snacks do not need that much material. Enough with cassava, banana and coconut. Congratulations make.

Material:
  • 2 bananas horn, steamed, cut into 3 cm thick round
  • 500 grams of grated cassava, squeeze waste water 75 ml
  • 75 ml of water
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping Ingredients:
  • 150 grams of grated coconut rough
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pandanus leaves
How to Make Kalimbu:
  1. Sprinkles, mix topping ingredients. Steam for 15 minutes until cooked. Set aside.
  2. Stir cassava, water, sugar, and salt.
  3. Take a little dough cassava. Place the bananas. Wraps until the bananas covered cassava dough. Steamed over medium heat 45 minutes until cooked.
