HOW to MAKE LEMANG GLUTINOUS

Ingredients: 
  • 1 ltr glutinous rice. 
  • 1 ltr of 1 grain of coconuts and coconut milk. 
  • salt to taste. 
  • 1 stem of young bamboo reeds, diameter 8 cm, wash clean. 
  • banana leaves to taste
HOW to MAKE LEMANG GLUTINOUS 
  • sticky rice is clean
  • wash and drain. 
  • Mix it with coconut milk and salt. 
  • Lightly coat with banana leaves, bamboo League leafs at the top of the bamboo. 
  • Put the mixture of sticky rice and coconut milk until it is full.
  • Lemang fuel with an upright position and slightly sloping. Rotate-Rotate the bamboo to mature lemang. Lift the lemang, remove and cut into pieces according to taste and serve.
Note: Serve with beef rendang will be more delicious
