Pukis Wuenak


Material needed: 

  • 2 grains eggs
  • 180 grams flour wheat
  • 300 mls coconut milk liquid
  • 75 grams margarine
  • 0,5 teaspoon ethereal salts
  • 1 teaspoon yeast instant
  • 75 grams raisins.

How to make: 

  • Strain wheat flour instant, along with yeast set aside
  • Beaten eggs and sugar until expands, pour it 150 mls coconut milk, stir flattened
  • Enter wheat flour little by little while in stirring flattened, pour the rest of the coconut milk, put some salt, stir flattened
  • Fermentation of the dough for 30 minutes
  • Preheat the mold pukis, thin brush with margarine
  • Pour batter pukis 3/4 mold mold, cover, Cook for 5 minutes
  • Sprinkle top with raisins
  • Cook again until cooked, serve
Results: 34 pieces
