Maksuba Delicious Cake

Maksuba cake is a typical pastry of Palembang, this cake is similar to but not the cake layer cake layer, only the shape are similar to the layer cake. Maksuba cake using the main ingredients of duck eggs and condensed milk. Well no need to linger longer now I am the only way to make it.


Layer Cake Ingredients Maksuba:
  • 24 duck eggs
  • 250 grams of butter, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 325 grams of sugar
  • 1 small scoop of Vanilla
How to Make a Layer Cake Maksuba:
  • First whipped eggs, vanilla, butter and sugar hinga sugar dissolves.
  • Then add the sweetened condensed milk, beat until blended.
  • Furthermore, pour 250 ml of dough into a square pan 24 cm height 7 cm with margarine and coated paper bread, baked in the oven with the fire up and down until browned.
  • After that remove the baking pan, pour 250 ml of batter into ats last layer, using flame grilled over until browned. Do it until the dough runs out.
  • Well, after being cooked, remove and let cool.
  • Now remove the cake from the pan and cut into pieces.
