Tekwan Palembang Maknyuss...

Or lover of national culinary for interested people, this time i will be sharing a recipe for delicious and good health and obviously rich in protein and vitamins. This is typical that regional cuisine palembang empek-empek before we talk this time we talk tekwan palembang. Tekwan palembang with gravy distinctive food is fresh in the intervening noodles and taste the meat was very moving balls. Following the recipe.



Materials required. 
  • 1 kg of ackerel
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon pepper
  • 500 grams of starch
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp salt
Ingredients sauce: 
  • 2 pieces of yam
  • 50 grams of savory malam
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 250 gr gr kupas
  • 100 ebi shrimp
How to make Tekwan Palembang: 
  • Combine meat mackerel fish with flour, garlic, pepper, salt and eggs. stir and knead until smooth 
  • Shape dough round fish, then put in boiling water to float, remove and drain
  • Set aside to boil the water to make soup later in the broth by adding 1.5 liters of hot water
  • Saute garlic until fragrant, add the dried shrimps and prawns
  • Cook while stirring, stirring until the shrimp turn color
  • Remove and add to broth
  • Enter the celery, pepper, tuberose and yam
  • Cook until done, and if it is ripe enter tekwan mackerel
  • Cook another minute and remove from heat 
  • Sprinkle with fried onions and chopped celery leaves
  • Is now set in the present
