 Putu Of tegal

Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of glutinous rice
  • 25 grams of starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 200 ml of boiling water
  • 25 ml of water suji (of 15 leaves suji plus 2 pieces of pandan leaves)
  • 3 bananas horn, cut 2

  • 100 grams of coarse grated coconut, steamed
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Processing Method putu tegals:
  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, starch, salt, and vanilla, pour hot water and water mixture, stirring suji, set aside.
  2. Oles square pan 18 cm height 4 cm with cooking oil. Cover the banana leaves and pandan leaves. Pour batter and flatten.
