Gluten Free Coconut Strawberry angel

Fresh strawberry flavor that makes your heart will be a cheerful, eat foods that are fresh and very tasty our body needs, here's how to make it:

Materials:
  • 120 gr rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100-150 cc coconut milk dilution medium (thickened dough can be adjusted to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (I use that virgin cold pressed)
  • sliced ​​strawberries and blueberries for topping
  • Pure honey to spray it
  • Vegetable oil or butter to spread skillet (frypan) to prevent sticking
How To Make:
  1. Heat the pan. In a medium bowl, put the dry ingredients. 
  2. Add egg, milk, and coconut oil. Stir until everything is well combined. 
  3. Add a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. 
  4. Pour pancake batter as much as a ladle into the pan. When the pancakes are ripe and the bubble is already visible, turn the pancake with a spatula. 
  5. Cook until done, then transfer to a serving plate. Arrange the topping with honey and fruits to taste.
