Materials:
- 120 gr rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 100-150 cc coconut milk
dilution medium (thickened dough can be adjusted to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
(I use that virgin cold pressed)
- sliced strawberries and

- Pure honey to spray it
- Vegetable oil or butter to
spread skillet (frypan) to prevent sticking
How To Make:
- Heat the pan. In a medium
bowl, put the dry ingredients.
- Add egg, milk, and coconut
oil. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Add a little vegetable oil
in a frying pan.
- Pour pancake batter as much
as a ladle into the pan. When the pancakes are ripe and the bubble is
already visible, turn the pancake with a spatula.
- Cook until done, then transfer to a serving plate. Arrange the topping with honey and fruits to taste.
