Ingredients / spices:
  • 400 grams of shellfish bamboo
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, cut into 2x2 cm
  • 2 cm ginger, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 leek, sliced oblique
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to make a bamboo clams black pepper:

  1. Saute onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Enter shells. Stir well.
  3. Add oyster sauce, tomato sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Pour water. Cook until done. Enter sesame oil and scallions. Stir until cooked.
