Banana choco crepes tasty and delicious

Blend of banana, chocolate and crepe creates dishes that unfortunately passed. Let's try it.

BANANA CHOCO CREPES
Crepes Ingredients:
  • 125 grams of cake flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 30 grams sugar
  • 125 ml of warm liquid milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Material Vla:
  • 150 grams of water
  • 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams of bananas, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 30 grams of cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1/8 teaspoon banana essence
  • 4 drops of yellow dye old
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 100 grams of dark cooking chocolate, chopped
Supplementary material:
  • banana slices 1/2 cm round
How to make CHOCO BANANA CREPES:
  1. Crepes, crepes mix all ingredients. In a nonstick omelet pan 20 cm. for the second part. Set aside.
  2. Vla, mix water, sweetened condensed milk, bananas, flour, and cornstarch. Cook, stirring until bubbling. Refrigerate. Beat until smooth.
  3. Add yellow dye, essence of banana, and vanilla paste. Beat until blended.
  4. Take a piece of crepes. Spray a little custard filling. garnished bananas. Streak with sauce. Fold like a cone. Spray the chocolate sauce.
  5. Serve and enjoy
