Peach crepes

Imagine eating a crepe together cream combined peaches. Definitely good! Moreover served with pieces of peach.

Peach crepes
Crepes Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 450 ml liquid milk
  • 2 egg yolks, beaten off
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon fine sugar

  • 150 grams of cream powder
  • 300 grams of canned peaches, smooth blender,
Supplementary material:
  • 2 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 25 grams of sugar donuts for sprinkling
How to make peach crepes:
  1. Crepes, sifted flour and baking powder. Add confectioners' sugar. Stir well.
  2. Pour liquid milk little by little, stirring. Enter the yolk. Stir well. Add melted margarine and salt. Stir well.
