- 1 cm galangal, crushed

- 300 ml coconut milk from

- 1 tablespoon for sauteing
- 100 grams of coarse grated

Ground spices:
- 5 red chilies
- 6 red onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 eggs hazelnut
- 2 cm ginger
- 1 cm turmeric fuel

- Stir-fry until fragrant
spices. Enter the bay leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. Stir well.
- Add chicken. stir until the
color changes. Add salt and brown sugar. Stir well.
- Pour the coconut milk and
cook again while stirring occasionally until flavors mingle and thick
gravy.
- Arrange nachos on a plate.
Pour the chicken. Sprinkle cheese.
- Fire oven with a temperature
above 190 degrees Celsius, 5 minutes until the cheese melted and browned
