Fish curry leaves turmeric

Material:
  • 3 medium sized tilapia fish
  • 1 tea spoon of salt
  • 1 lemon, squeezed take the water

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Ground spices:
  • 8 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 large red chilies
  • 2 cm turmeric
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How to Make Fish curry leaves turmeric:
  1. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, lemongrass until fragrant.
  2. Insert coconut milk. Cook, stirring until boiling.
  3. Add fish, salt, sugar and turmeric leaf. Cook until thickened.
