Quail eggs cooked specials

As a complement which has a distinctive aroma of banana leaves quail eggs into a dish appropriate for everyday dishes. For a more spicy flavor, sliced chili sauce you can add to it.

Materials / seasoning:
  • 25 quail eggs, boiled
  • 100 grams of grated coconut rough
  • 1 tablespoon banana china
  • 6 red onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 large red chilies, sliced thin oblique
  • 2 large green chilies, sliced thin oblique
  • 2 bay leaves, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • banana leaves for wrapping
How to Make Quail Eggs:
  1. Mix well grated coconut, banana china, red onion, garlic, leaf melinjo, big red chili, green chili big, bay leaf, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add quail eggs. Stir well.
  3. Take a piece of banana leaf. Spoon the mixture of coconut and quail eggs. Wrap tum. Hook with a stick.
  4. Steamed in a steamer preheated over medium heat 30 minutes until cooked.
