Coffee Cream Ingredients:

Materials Coffee (stirring score):
- 225 ml of hot water
 - 1 1/2 tablespoons instant
     coffee
 - 125 grams sugar
 - 3 tablespoons of rhum
 
Decoration materials:
- 200 grams heavy cream, beat
     until creamy
 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
     for sprinkling
 - 150 grams of dark cooking chocolate, shaved sliced lengthwise
 
How to make coffe cream cheese layer cake:
- Arrange half of the sponge
