Ingredients:

  • 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed

Ground Spices:
  • 250 grams of red chili curly
  • 8 red onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 3 cm galangal
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 point kemir, roasted
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin, roasted
  • 1/8 teaspoon fennel
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Processing Method:
  1. The first stage heat the oil. Sauté the sliced onion until fragrant. Add spices, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, lemongrass, and kandis acid.
  2. The second stage enter the mutton. Stir until it changes color.
  3. The third stage add thin coconut milk. Cover the pan, boil until the meat is tender.
  4. The last stage enter the thick coconut milk. Stir until the sauce greasy.
Tips:
If you do not like spicy curry chopped desert you can reduce the chili according to your taste.
