Shellfish spice island of Bali

Have you ever been to the island of Bali in Indonesia which is a tourist island most visited by tourists who come from overseas, this food will remind you on the island of Bali the most widely sold there

Ingredients:
  • 300 grams of shellfish blood
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cm galangal, crushed
  • 2 large red chillies, deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 200 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 5 red onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 5 curly red chilies
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
How to make:
  1. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, and galangal until fragrant.
  2. Enter courgettes and tomatoes. Stir until wilted. Add the mussels. Stir well.
  3. Enter soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir well.
  4. Pour water. Stir until absorbed and mature
