Omelet honey

Delicious food certainly many who love it especially attractive appearance.
below I explain the ingredients and how to make it:

Ingrediends:
  • 175 cc Liquid Milk (can be added if the mixture is too thick)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar (natural distilled vinegar) or replace it with lemon juice 225 gr flour
  • 3 tablespoons honey (manuka from New Zealand more viscous texture and fragrant aroma once)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Cooking spray (the oil to spread skillet)
How to make it:
  1. Combine milk and vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 minutes to become acidic.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Beat eggs, honey and butter into the dough with milk and vinegar previously. Pour the flour mixture into the batter and stir until smooth and springy.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brush with oil. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet, cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Behind by using a spatula and cook until browned on the other side. Ornamental according to taste.
