Material:

  • 125 grams of wheat flour

  • 225 ml of ice water
  • 1/2 egg whites, whipped fluffy
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 2 pieces of gherkin, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Supplementary material:
  • 1 lemon, cut into pieces
How to make:
  1. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Fried potatoes in preheated oil until cooked. Lift. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Set aside.
  3. Dyers, stir the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pour ice water. Stir well. Add the egg whites. Stir well. Set aside.
