Dendeng batokok

Batokok jerky is very special even though many foods or types of jerky is very suitable in the present while relaxing and a trip to the beach can also for camping. Here's how to make it:


Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of meat has in
  • 3 sour fruit kandis
  • 1,000 ml of water
  • oil for frying
Ground Spices:
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Material Sambal:
  • 12 red onions
  • 15 great green chilies
  • 4 green tomatoes, cut in four
  • 3 lime leaves, discard bones
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying
How to make beef jerky batokok:
  1. Marinate meat with asthma kandis and smooth flavor. Boil together water until tender. Lift.
  2. Thinly slice meat fiber direction. Crushed to thin and wide. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Fry the meat in the oil that has been heated to dry. Drain.
  4. Sambal, rough mashed onion, green peppers, and tomatoes. Saute in a preheated oil together until fragrant lime leaves and half withered. Add salt and water. Cook over low heat until dry.
  5. Insert meat. Stir until swathed average.
  6. Serve
Tips:
Serve with slices of cucumber while on serve
